To allow you to conveniently update your contact information while still protecting your privacy, we can only send an email message to the email address we have in our database. This email message will contain a hyperlink to a secure online form that will allow you update your information and communications preferences.

If your email address has changed, there are three ways for us to update your information:

1. If you still have access to your old email account, please enter your old email address in this form.
2. If you no longer have access to your old email account, please submit all of your new contact information in this form.
3. Send us an email to database.updates@quantum.com with both your old and new contact information and we'll be happy to update the information for you (please allow 3 business days for a reply).
